This Service undertakes the disposal (sale or letting) and provides advice to the owners of large projects, regarding the proper Disposal Policy to the followed, to their best interest, aiming both at achieving the highest possible sale price or rent at value and securing the best terms of payment and financing. Sales Policy Reports are submitted at the initial stages of disposal and at intermediate periods, until full disposal (including disposal in phases, possible revision of Disposal Policy and others).

Objective of this service is the promotion of transactions of purchase, sale or renting of all kinds of property, but with more specialization on Commercial Property with full information to the interested parties concerning the physical and legal characteristics, potentialities and market value, or rent at value of the property concerned.

The client is informed in a responsible and global way and service is provided through experienced Salesmen employed by the Office. Proper advertisement and publicity is also made through the various mass media.
