In 1992 Mr. Kyriacos Talattinis and Mr. Philippos Christodoulou joined the Firm as trainees and in 1995 both of them became Partners in the Firm.

Since 2006 (after the death of Mr. Rois Nicolaides) the firm is managed by Mr.Kyriacos Talattinis and Mr.Philippos Christodoulou who are the two basic Partners and Shareholders of Rois Nicolaides, K. Talattinis, Ph. Christodoulou (Property Consultants) L.L.C and Melina Fili as Local Manager of Rois Nicolaides & Associates (Larnaca, Famagusta) L.L.C.

A brief history
The original Firm Rois Nicolaides and Associates (Chartered Surveyors and Valuers) Ltd was established in April 1988 by the late Mr. Rois Nicolaides, Dip. G.S., A.C.I.Arb., M.Sc. (Urban Land Appraisal), F.R.I.C.S, after leaving the post of Minister of Communications and Works and after having served in the Department of Lands and Surveys for 33 years, from the post of Valuer, to the posts of Senior Land Valuation Officer and Director of the Department.

Today the Firm employs 4 Chartered Surveyors and 8 Degree Holders of British, Greek and Cyprus Universities, graduates and post – graduates in:

Christodoulou (Property Consultants) L.L.C., are recognized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of the United Kingdom, as Τraining Centre for post-graduate training of new University graduates who wish, to acquire the title of Chartered Surveyor. Since its establishment, the Firm has trained successfully a considerable number of new Chartered Surveyors with additional persons now under training.

Kyriacos Talattinis
Kyriacos Talattinis is a Partner and Regional Manager Nicosia - Larnaca – Famagusta of the Firm Rois Nicolaides, K. Talattinis, Ph. Christodoulou (Property Consultants) L.L.C. He has more than 32 years of experience both in Cyprus and U.K with specialization in Valuation/Appraisals, Planning and Development Studies, Feasibility and Viability Studies, Corporate Property Strategy, Urban Regeneration, Compulsory Acquisition and Town Planning constraints, Rent Control Valuations, Investment Property Strategy and expert witness in the Courts of Cyprus, providing testimony in several kind of cases. Moreover, he provides Valuations for the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) for the loss of use, access, and ownership of Cypriots who lost their property in the Occupied areas due to Turkish invasion. He has participated in several Conferences and Discussion Panels of Scientific and Professional nature, as a member of the panel and participant as well. He is a Professional Member (M.R.I.C.S.) of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S.) U.K., Professional Μember of Scientific Technical Chamber Cyprus of Cyprus (ETEK) for which he is also a Member of the General Council for years 2023 – 2026 and a Member of the Board and ex- President, of the Cyprus Association of Property Valuers of Cyprus. He is also an Assessor of newly Graduates for election as members of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus and for RICS. He is also a Real Estate Agent since 1995. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Land Administration degree from University of East London, U.K.

Philippos Christodoulou is a Partner and Regional Manager Limassol -Paphos of the Firm Rois Nicolaides, K. Talattinis, Ph. Christodoulou (Property Consultants) L.L.C. He has more than 32 years of experience both in Cyprus and U.K with specialization in Valuation/Appraisals, Planning and Development Studies, Feasibility and Viability Studies, Corporate Property Strategy, Urban Regeneration, Compulsory Acquisition and Town Planning constraints, Rent Control Valuations, Investment Property Strategy. He has participated in several Seminars and Conferences on general economic property and built-environment subjects, as well as for the organization of the Technical Chamber of Cyprus and other Professional Associations. He is a Professional Member (M.R.I.C.S.) of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S.) U.K., Professional Μember of Scientific Technical Chamber Cyprus of Cyprus (ETEK) and served as member of the Board of the Cyprus Association of Property Valuers. He is also a Real Estate Agent since 1995. He holds B.Sc. (Hons) Land Management, Reading University, U.K.
