This Service provides advice in matters of Land Registry and Town planning, both to the public and the private sectors.

In the sector of Land Registry, the Firm has a strong professional Team of Associates, experts in matters of Land registration and tenure. The services offered in this field cover the whole spectrum, from simple advice on a specific issue, to the organization and creating a Land Registration System in other countries, outside Cyprus.

The team of Associates consist of Experts in Land Registration, Lawyers and Technicians with long and wide experience in the various Branches of the Department of Lands and Surveys of Cyprus (Registration, Tenure, Management, Land Survey, and Land Valuation Branches).

In the Town Planning sector, services are offered within the framework of the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Law, 1972, with the preparation and submission of objections, recommendations and suggestions with regard to the contents of the Local Plans of the Towns and the Statement of Policy for the Countryside. Also, claims for compensation for decrease in the value of property as a result of a Planning Decision, are prepared and submitted, as well as undertaking the process of division of Land into building plots. These Services are offered, both to private individuals and to Public Authorities (Municipalities, Improvement Boards and other Local Authorities).
