Property Valuations in Cyprus were the original and basic field in which property consulting services have been provided.

Moreover, statutory valuations are undertaken for the estimation of the payable compensation for Compulsory acquisition purposes, or requisition, claims for introduction of Town Planning restrictions, Street widening schemes, Foreshore protection, Antiquities and Listed Buildings. In this process, negotiations are carried out with the other party and many times evidence is provided before the Courts as Expert Witness, for the award of payable compensation.
Among the clients of the Firm are Public and Private Companies and Institutions, Semi-Government Organizations (E.A.C, Ports Authority, CBC, Industrial Training Authority (ANAΔ), Cyprus Land Development Corporation, Municipalities, Improvement Boards, Local Authorities, Bank of Cyprus, Eurobank (Cyprus) Ltd, National Bank of Greece, Ancoria, Astrobank, etc, as well as the large insurance companies of the country, private individuals and others.
Valuation studies have been undertaken for Hotel and Leisure Industry, Hotel apartments, large night clubs and restaurants, supermarkets and chain stores, golf courses, photovoltaic parks, factories, port installations, office and commercial complexes, land for tourist, commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural and amenity uses, fisheries, density values and other types of property.
